Mr Men Physique 

My name is Balamane Mana. I am passionate about: modelling, art and helping my clients get results.

 

The first time I lifted a weight, I fell in love with the gym. At the time I had no idea where this passion would lead me. I was a skinny 110 lb,  5' 9" guy, with a lot of hard work ahead of me. As with beginning any big endeavour, I had to over come my own fears and surround myself with like-minded supportive people.  It was at this time I learned that your mindset is everything, if you do not believe you can do something then you can’t. I went on to do my first men physique competition in 2013, and won first place.

 

This year my competition weight was 174 lb, and my off-season weight was 190 lb. This is all to say that regardless of where you start as long as you have a good plan, and a passion you can go anywhere.  This has been a journey for me and through it I have learned the importance of hard work and perseverance. When working with my clients I put these principles in to practice to get the best results.

 

Art as a form of expression can say so much to people of all languages and backgrounds. I want to combine my passion of modelling and artistic expression and work with others with the same vision.
